01. Token Purchases & Refund Policy

MMKKI API access is sold as prepaid token bundles. Tokens are consumed when you make API requests; the cost per request depends on the model and tools used.

What you are buying

  • Tokens are a prepaid API credit, not a subscription.
  • Purchased tokens do not expire.
  • Token balance is tied to your account (Firebase sign-in or API key).

Refund eligibility

  • Unused tokens are refundable within 14 days of purchase, provided fewer than 10 % of the purchased tokens have been consumed.
  • Partially consumed packs: we will refund the pro-rata value of the remaining unused tokens at the package unit price, minus any Stripe transaction fees.
  • Refund requests after 14 days, or when more than 90 % of the pack has been consumed, are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

How to request a refund

Email hello@mmkki.com with the subject line“Refund Request — [your email]” and include the date of purchase and the Stripe payment confirmation you received. We will respond within 3 business days.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Extended outages (> 24 h) attributable to us may be compensated with equivalent token credits at our discretion.
